Drinking Jenga

Get creative with the regular old jenga game. All you need are some sharpies, some alcohol and of course the jenga. Before setting up the game, on each jenga piece write some fun, simple or just silly new rules. You can even personalize these rules according to the group of people you’re playing it with, making it more fun. Now set up a normal jenga game, and every time someone pulls out a piece and follow the instruction on it. Keep going until the tower falls and whoever knocks out the whole tower will have to drink all of their drinks. This is like multiple mini games within one game!

Medusa

A simple albeit fun Diwali party entertainment idea, all the players sit in a circle. Now all of the players will have shot glasses in front of them, the kind of alcoholic drink is your choice. Everyone will sit with their heads down on the table so no one is visible to anyone else. Now when the game starts on the count of three, everyone will look up at another player. If any two players are not looking at each other’s eyes then they are safe, and if they are they will yell ‘medusa’ and each will take a shot.

Straight Face

This one is a real fun game for all to enjoy and you will have really hard on that poker face of yours. For this game everyone will take a piece of paper and write something totally inappropriate or funny or just something nobody can say with a straight face on. Fold and put these pieces of paper in a pile. Everyone will have a go at picking up a chit and say what is written in it without a smidge of laughing or even a small smile. You have to keep a straight face while repeating the ridiculous thing written on it, and whoever fails drinks.

Paranoia

A whole night of drinking games, almost everyone will get sloshed and this game is perfect for a bunch of drunks who will in some measure inevitably get paranoid. This game won’t get everyone drunk per se, but it is hell of a lot of fun. So for this everyone gathers around in a circle and a ‘who’ kind of question ( like who here has had the most drinks tonight?) is asked to the person on everyone’s right and they have to answer it out loud so everyone can hear it. The catch here is, no one other than the person who asked the question and the person who answered it know the answer to the question asked as the question was whispered so that only the one particular person could hear it. Now if the person whose name was taken out loud or anyone else wants to know what the question was, they will have to drink for it otherwise the question will be revealed but in a way so that everyone other than them hears it.

UNO

For good measure, let’s throw in a card game after all; but play it of your volition because UNO has been known to destroy friendships, especially when that draw four is whipped out!
