An elaichi cocktail, to warm you right up

While we do hate elaichi in our biryani, it does make an amazing winter cocktail ingredient, for when you just want to catch up with your girls and be fancy af.
Recipe:
- Vodka (45ml)
- Honey Cardamom Syrup (14 ml)
- Lemon Juice (14 ml)
- 1 Egg White
- 1-2 Angostura Bitters
- 1 Star Anise
- Ice
Method:
Just add the vodka, honey cardamom syrup, lemon juice and the egg white in a container and shake vigorously for 20-25 seconds. Add the bitters and garnish with star anise.
Bloody Mary, Indian Style

Since brunches are now a thing, they require a drink as well and what better than the brunch staple bloody mary…but with an Indian twist to it, some spice to kick your day off with.
Recipe:
- Vodka (25 ml)
- Dry Sherry (1 tsp.)
- Worcestershire Sauce (4 dashes)
- Tomato Juice (200 ml)
- Lemon Juice (a squeeze)
- Horseradish (1/2 tsp.)
- Ground Black Pepper
- Celery Salt (1/2 tsp.)
- Lime Juice
- Garam Masala
- Tabasco Sauce (per personal taste)
Method:
In a glass combine tomato juice, vodka, dry sherry, and Worcestershire sauce, a good pinch of celery salt, salt, pepper, tobacco and horseradish. To this add lemon and stir. Serve with a sprinkle of garam masala.
A mango lassi…but dirty

Mango is not the king of fruits for no reason and adding it to a lassi just elevates it to another level. With this party drink you can enjoy all flavor of mango with all the fun of rum.
Recipe:
- Mango (1)
- Greek Yogurt (4 tbsp.)
- Sugar (3 tsp.)
- Rum ( 1 Jigger or 45 ml)
- Handful of ice cubes
- Ground Cardamom
Method:
An easy and ready-to-go cocktail, all you have to do is add the mango, Greek yogurt, sugar, rum and ice to a blender and blitz. Add the ground cardamom for garnish and it’s ready to drink.

Regular martinis are so passé; what you need is new ingredients and what better than the crowd favorite jamun. It has the right kind of flavor to jazz up a boring old martini.
Recipe:
- London Dry Gin (60 ml)
- Jamun (5-6)
- Lime Juice (10 ml)
- Sugar Syrup (15 ml)
- Salt to rim
Method:
Muddle the jamun in a shaker; to that add ice, the dry gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and shake. Double strain it and serve it on ice with salt on the rim.

This one is the perfect cooler for those sweltering summer days that never seem to end. Fresh and minty, a watermelon Mojito is the perfect house party drink.
Recipe:
- Rum ( 60 ml)
- Fresh Lime Juice (30 ml)he
- Simple Syrup (30 ml)
- Mint leaves (6-8)
- Watermelon ( cut into cubes)
Method:
Mix watermelon and mint in a shaker; to that add rum, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake that well with ice and pour without straining.
