Chargeables:
1) Gas cylinder - 1500/- towards gas usage in case of meals preparation and cleaning. However, there are no charges for Tea/Coffee making and food warming.
2) BBQ coal is charges at Rs 700/- Need to be informed a day before.
3) Bonfire- 1000/- Need to be informed a day before.
House Rules :
1) First pays first serves as bookings demand going high.
2) Minimum 50% of the booking amount to be paid for booking confirmation and the remaining 50% should be paid during check-in at the farmhouse itself.
3) Cancellation: Refund might possible only if informed 7 days before the check-in time.
4) Need 2 Aadhar cards with contact numbers.
5) Anything which is Illegal as per Govt. Guidelines is not allowed and the customer is liable for it.
6) Hookah is strictly not permitted
7) Alcohol consumption beyond permissible limits requires a single day license.
8) Puking/ Vomiting 2000/- extra where ever done.
9) Glass and beer bottles not allowed in and around the pool.
10 Quality of the pool water may not be optimal in case of rains.
11) Pets: Not allowed within the villa premises. Pets extra 1000/-
12) The management reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-compliance of the rules.
