How big is the farm house?

It is built on 3.5 acres

 

RENTAL CHARGES:

Full day Weekends ( Friday, Saturday Sunday):  2pm to 11am. Rs 25000/- for 12pax, Additional 1000/- 

Full day Weekdays ( Monday to Thursday):  2pm to 11am. Rs 20000/- for 12 pax, Additional 1000/- 

 

What are check-in and check-out timings?

Check in2 pm : Checkout: 11 am 

 

What is the accommodation like?

3 AC Rooms, 1 living room cum master bedroom

 

Sleeping arrangement available for how many people? How many extra mattresses can be accommodated? 

Existing setup can provide sleeping arrangements for 12 people. Additional mattress charge 500.

 

Is pool there and what is the size?

Yes 20*20feet

 

Do you organize Coal Fire?

Yes! Rs. 2000 for 1 setup.

 

Do you provide music system? If yes, Which music system is provided?

Yes!  DJ sound speakers

 

How long can we play music inside and outside?

Loud music can be played till 10 midnight. Thereafter soft music can be played all night.

  

Is TV available, if yes what is the size?

No.

 

How many people party do you allow?

500pax

 

Can we have a DJ? If yes! Till what time can he play?

DJ allowed till 10 midnight.

Cost extra of Rs. 10,000

 

 

If we get a professional DJ with equipment would a generator be required?

Provided by us.

 

How many chairs are provided for outdoor sitting?

15chairs are there. 3 tables are there

 

Do we get caretaker help.  If yes how many and till what time?

1 caretakers available till 1 am

 

If additional caretaker is required what will be the cost?

Rs.1200per extra waiter will be charged.

 

Is there a Kitchen with Oven? Can we use it to cook food?

Fridge, Microwave and Utensils will be provided. 

For warming food, no charge.

You can get your own in permissible limits.

Yes!Rs.5,000 for security amount
