1. This is a Villa Rental charge only for 8-10 hours Event duration does not include any Food or Decor costs.
2. Rooms are not included in this package. However, one-room use will be provided complimentary for the duration of the event.
3. We require a Security Deposit of Rs. 25000/- in case of outside Decor and Catering to ensure proper cleanliness and No Breakage
4. The venue will be handed over for Decor and set up at 11 am only on the day of the event. Also, all catering and venue clean-up should be completed maximum by 8 am the next day of the event. If not, the Security deposit will be forfeited

- Outside Loud Music is allowed till 10 pm
- In case of a Bar setup, an One-Day Liquor License needs to be purchased by the guest.
- Hookah usage is not allowed
Cancellation and Date Change Policy
- On confirmation of booking with advance payment , change of date will be permitted One Time within a period of 1 year from the arrival date subject to availability on the new dates.
- Please note that the change in date needs to be advised at least one week in advance of the actual arrival date.
- Advance Paid is NON-REFUNDABLE.
This Luxury Farm House is located in Chattarpur New Delhi and is perfect for those who would prefer to celebrate their occasion in style. Birthday Parties, Pre Weddings, Bachelor Parties, anniversary parties, or any occasion you want to celebrate, Luxury Farm House is the right place.
It is equipped with all modern amenities and services including modern spacious and luxury rooms, Swimming Pool, Health Club, and F & B, on-call. As you enter the driveway, you will be instantly greeted by the sound of our Signature fountain at the entrance, and lush green environs all around, as you marvel at the landscaping.
We can accommodate up to 15 adults in the rooms on the Triple Sharing basis, as we provide Extra Single Beds/ Mattresses for the same. Our prices vary according to the number of people who stay at the villa.
The Villa has 100% power back up, air conditioning/heating, and secured access. We have kept a butler to help our guests with their needs. The room has clean crisp linen, freshly replaced before every check-in, and every third day thereafter. In an effort to conserve water and the ecology. All rooms are equipped with Cable Televisions, should you be interested in the same. Two rooms are on the ground floor, and three rooms on the Mezzanine. All mezzanine rooms have a balcony opening to the lush gardens.
We provide a towel change every day for our guests. The washrooms have full toiletries like toilet paper, hand wash, body wash, hair wash, conditioner, and moisturizer. Look out for the Jacuzzi Tubs, Rain Showers and Hot tubs in some of our washrooms. Housekeeping is provided daily.
Guest access
The whole Villa is at your disposal including the front and back gardens, the kitchen, the Yoga Room, the Sauna Room and the swimming pool. However, the number of rooms that are accessible, depend upon the number of guests who have been booked with us, on double sharing basis. So in case you book 4 guests, you will have access to 2 bedrooms, and in case of 10 guests, 5 bedrooms.
