About this space
It's the perfect place to be in if one is looking for absolute peace and is looking for an escape from the routine city life but right inside the city itself Or one who wants to throw an Amazing Pool Party in Chattarpur for friends and family! Nested in Jaunapur(Chattarpur). This house is blessed with all elements of Nature in abundance, uniquely designed in an ideal way to get away from the daily humdrum with sleeping arrangements for up to 15 guests for indoor and outdoor get-togethers in Chattarpur! A bright green garden, a private pool and terrace with a 360-degree view. We entertain decent quiet gatherings however, no noisy parties, no decoration that can damage property, for shoot requests / extra visitors or pets do let us know in advance. To provide you a space with homely feeling pets are always warmly welcomed here so kindly treat the place as your own house! Spend evening into sunset, Wake up to the birds/peacock chirping. It’s a steal, try it and you will keep coming back to stay here! Our promise! :)

The space
The house is beautifully designed with tasteful decor. The Farm envelopes an air-con living / dining area, 5 air-con bedrooms. 5.5 ensuite bathrooms, 10 beds, a private swimming pool and a Terrace providing private spaces when the heart demands. Each room has a dedicated work space and love for raw aesthetics and efforts to keep natural elements intact. It is fully equipped with all the basic amenities which a guest could ask for.

Guest access
Open sky terrace, the patio, the loft, Kitchen, Garden, Living Room, swimming pool all the areas are accessible by each guest. The bedrooms & bathrooms are independent and have complete privacy. The cook stays in the servant room on the backside of the farm. (A bonfire and barbeque can be arranged at an additional fee.

Do you allow Loud Music?
Guests are requested to respect our neighbors and keep the noise level mild and within the Farm area. However, you can enjoy some mild music using the speaker provided at the property. Loud music will not be encouraged after 11.00pm as per the area norms.

Is smoking/ Alcohol permitted?
Yes, smoking is allowed but any damage made to the property will be chargeable.
Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. We do not encourage drinking alcohol, late night revelry or loud music.
