* The property is airconditioned (for summer months) and heated (for winters) through private cooling / heating split air conditioners

* All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply
* The property has 100% power back up
* Fresh clean Linen is provided at every check in. Linen / Towel change is provided every 4th day (if booking is longer than a week)
* Housekeeping is provided daily between 11 AM - 1 PM
Food &Dining:
Several other restaurants in the vicinity and delivery services like Zomato / Swiggy/ Ubereats/ Food Panda also deliver to our place.
Swimming Pool Area:
Our swimming pool is a one of a kind 50Ft X 50 ft with depth at one end is 11Ft deep and at the other end is 4.5 Ft.. Since the pool height at one end of the pool is deep the following pool rules are to be adhered while using the swimming pool:
* Jumping in the pool at any end is strictly prohibited
* Parties are permitted in swimming pool area, however only disposable / plastic glasses are allowed in the pool area. Beer bottles / glassware is strictly prohibited in the pool area (Beer cans / Disposable / Plastic glassware is allowed)
* Guests should not enter the pool after consumption of alcohol for safety reasons
* Our guests are solely and explicitly liable for using the pool at their own risk. Any mishap /accident in the pool shall have no responsibility, explicit or implied on the host, its associates, the owners of the property or any / or of the workers at the property.
* Guests will be asked to sign a liability disclaimer before entering the swimming pool
Security:
The farm is fully secured by a boundary and the entry gates are only opened by our staff for our guests. Our entry gates close by 11 PM for security reasons. If late night access is required, same is chargeable extra at Rs. 1000 per day.
Hosting Events /Gatherings
The farm villa can also be booked for parties / get together's (permitted only in open areas) for gatherings and can accommodate up to 500 people. Visiting guest charges of Rs.750 per head are applicable for hosting events and parties, which is over and above the amount payable for booking of the residential space.
Please note - This is a private home, and not a hotel. Please do not expect hotel kind of services at the property. We focus on cleanliness, good quality well maintained linen, and homely comfort for our guests.
