This is a beautiful farm house for weddings and parties in NOIDA



How big is the farmhouse?

It is built on 1.25 acres

 

RENTAL CHARGES:

Full day Weekends (Friday, Saturday Sunday):  2pm to 10am. Rs 20000/- for 10 pax, 3 rooms, Additional700/- 

Full day Weekdays (Monday to Thursday):  2pm to 10am. Rs 15000/- for 10 pax, 3 rooms, Additional700/- 

 

Day Outing Package: Rs. 2500 per person( Breakfast + Lunch + Evening High Tea + dinner + rental charges) for MG of 20 PERSON.

Activities – Outdoor games like Cricket, Volley Ball & Badminton. 

Indoor game like Ludo and chess

 

Farm house Rental  For Wedding & Pre wedding Function (with 5 BR Out House with Lush Green Garden with Pool) 

Main Wedding event - Upto200 Guest - INR 100000 Plus Taxes or Up to 350 Guest - INR 150000 Plus Taxes

Pre wedding Event - Upto200 Guest  - INR 100000 Plus Taxes or up to 350 Guest - INR 150000plus Taxes

 

Farm House Rental forParty (House party / Pool party / Bday Party / Get together etc) 

 

FOR 10 Pax - INR 15000/-per event for Weekdays with 3 rooms complimentary/ For weekend INR 20000/- perevent 

 

FOR 20 Pax - INR 25000/-Per event for Weekdays / For weekend INR 35000/- per event 

 

FOR 30 Pax - INR 30000/-Per event for Weekdays / For weekend INR 40000/- per event 

 

 

What are check-in and check-out timings?

Check in 2 pm : Checkout:11am 

 

What is the accommodation like?

5 AC Rooms  / 1 Machaan / Rooftop Sitting Place

 

Sleeping arrangement available for how many people? How many extra mattresses can be accommodated? 

Existing setup can provide sleeping arrangements for 25 people with additional mattresses.

 

Is pool there and what is the size?

Yes45*35 Feet

 

Do you organize Coal Fire?

Yes!  Rs. 300 for 2hours

 

Do you provide music system? If yes, Which music system is provided?

Yes!

 

How long can we play music inside and outside?

Loud music can be played till 11 midnight. Thereafter soft music can be played all night.

  

Is TV available, if yes what is the size?

NO.

 

How many people party do you allow?

400 pax

 

Can we have a DJ? If yes! Till what time can he play?

DJ allowed till 11 midnight.

Cost extra of Rs. 10,000

 

If we get a professional DJ with equipment would a generator be required?

Provided by us but chargeable

 

How many chairs are provided for outdoor sitting?

40 chairs are there. 5 tables are there

 

Do we get caretaker help.  If yes how many and till what time?

1 care takers available till11 pm

 

If additional caretaker is required what will be the cost?

If more are required Rs.1000per person will be charged.

 

Is there a Kitchen with GAS and Oven? Can we use it to cook food?

Fridge, and Utensils will be provided. 

For warming food, no charge.

Is there a catering service available?
