How big is the farm house?

It is built on 2 acres

 

RENTAL CHARGES: ( House party / Pool party / Bday Party / Get together etc) 

Special Rate for Saturday :  3pm to 10am. Start from Rs 50000/- for 15 -20 pax

Full day Weekends ( Friday & Sunday):  3pm to 10am. Start from Rs 35000/- for 15 -20 pax

Full day Weekdays ( Monday to Thursday):  3pm to 10am. Start from Rs 30000/- for 15 -20 pax


Farm house Rental  For Wedding & Pre wedding Function (with 4 BR Main Villa and 4 BR Out House with Lush Green Garden with Pool) 

Main Wedding event - Up to 200 Guest - INR 250000 Plus Taxes or Up to 350 Guest - INR 350000 Plus Taxes

Pre wedding Event - Up to 200 Guest  - INR 200000 Plus Taxes or up to 350 Guest - INR 250000 plus Taxes

 

Day Outing Package: Rs. 2500 per Pax For The MG of 20 PAx ( Breakfast + Lunch + Evening High Tea)

Timing: 11am - 7 Pm  

Activities– Outdoor games like Cricket, Volley Ball & Badminton and uses of Swimming pool 

Indoor game like Ludo and chess

What are check-in and check-out timings?

Check in 3 pm : Checkout: 10 am

Yes!  Sony Portable Music System 


How long can we play music inside and outside?

Loud music can be played till 10 midnight. Thereafter soft music can be played all night indoors.


Can we have a DJ? If yes! Till what time can we play?

DJ allowed till 10 midnight.

Is there a Kitchen with Oven? Can we use it to cook food?

Yes! Kitchen with equipped with Microwave, induction, Fridge, RO etc with Utensils will be provided.

How many chairs are provided for outdoor sitting?

15 chairs are there. 3 tables are there with Side Umbrella 

 

Do you provide decoration services? 

Yes we provide decoration services and the cost depends on the extent of decoration 


Do we get caretaker / Housekeeping help ??  If yes how many and till what time?

Yes, caretaker and housekeeping guy will be  available till 1 am

  

Is there a deposit to be paid before we check-in?

Yes! Rs.15,000 for security amount

Meticulously crafted with optimum use of space, the layout of the ground floor comprises of 1 Bedroom, a Living Room, TV area, Kitchen and Bar Setup. The broad internal stairway leads to the 1st floor that encompasses Lounge Area and 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & Balcony. 

 Exuding a warm and restful feel, all the bedrooms are spacious and furnished with comfy double beds with mattresses. Outfitted with premium quality sanitary ware, all the chic bathrooms are designed in western style. Upstairs rooms on 1st floor are accompanies with big spacious pool and garden facing balcony.
