Vintage The Retreat: The Luxex Farm BY Vintage The Retreat is a landmark of Luxury farm stay. This is a beautiful 5 BHK Farm in Chattarpur, New Delhi with pool for Family Social Function, Pool Party and pre wedding & weddings Function. 

How big is the farm house?

It is built on 1 acres

 

RENTAL CHARGES: ( House party / Pool party / Bday Party / Get together etc) 


Special Rate for Saturday :  3pm to 10am. Start from Rs 40000/- for 15 -20 pax

Extra pax 1000 per pax 


Full day Weekends ( Friday &  Sunday):  3pm to 10am. Start from Rs 35000/- for 15 -20 pax

Extra pax 1000 per pax 


Full day Weekdays ( Monday to Thursday):  3pm to 10am. Start from Rs 30000/- for 15 -20 pax

Extra pax 1000 per pax 



Wedding & Pre wedding Function Rental with 5 BR and 2 Garden 


Main Wedding event - Up to 200 Guest - INR 2.0 LAKH + TAX


Pre wedding Event - Up to 200 Guest  - INR 1.5 lakh + Tax

 

Day Outing Package: Timing: 11am - 7 Pm

Check in 3 pm : Checkout: 10 am 


Do you provide music system? If yes, Which music system is provided?

Yes!  Sony Portable Music System 


How long can we play music inside and outside?

Loud music can be played till 10 midnight. Thereafter soft music can be played all night indoors.


Can we have a DJ? If yes! Till what time can we play?

DJ allowed till 10 midnight.

Is there a Kitchen with Oven? Can we use it to cook food?

Yes! Kitchen with equipped with Microwave, induction, Fridge, RO etc with Utensils will be provided. 


Is there a catering service available?

Yes! we have our own catering services - The Kitchen BY Vintage 


How many chairs are provided for outdoor sitting?

15-20 chairs are there. 3-4 tables are there with Side Umbrella 

 

Do you provide decoration services? 

Yes we provide decoration services and the cost depends on the extent of decoration 


Do we get caretaker / Housekeeping help ??  If yes how many and till what time?

Yes, caretaker and housekeeping guy will be  available till 1 am

  

Is there a deposit to be paid before we check-in?

Yes! Rs.10,000 for security amount

So whatever the occasion might be Vintage The Retreat is surely the perfect pick for you. Because here we have 2 Garden like small one with Beautiful Swimming pool perfect for family social function and pre wedding function like Mehandi , Haldi & cocktail. Big Garden perfect for day outing with out door games and main wedding function. So all your needs can fulfill here. 

Exuding a warm and restful feel, all the bedrooms are spacious and furnished with comfy double beds with mattresses. Outfitted with premium quality sanitary ware, all the chic bathrooms are designed in western style. 
 
Allowing you to have a perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment, the generously-sized living room adorned with 2 pairs of classy sofa set, center table and an attractive 6-seater dining table is equally alluring. Proving comfortable cooking space, the kitchen decked with gleaming counter-top, stainless-steel sink, microwave , induction, induction wear, Fridge,  RO water purifier, and all required cutlery and crockery and storage cabinets is a well-organized modular unit for you to have pleasure of.
