What are check-in and check-out timings?
Checkin 2pm: Checkout: 10 am.
RENTAL CHARGES:
Full day: 2 pm to next day 10 am. Rs 22000/- for 15 pax, Additional 800/-
Day party: 10 am to 6 pm = Rs 16000/-, for 15 pax, Additional 800/-
What is the accommodation like?
There are 4 bedrooms, a big living space and other areas in the property as shown in pictures.
Seating for up to 20 people is available.
Sleeping arrangement available for how many people? How many extra mattresses can be accommodated?
4 bedroom has king size beds it can accommodate up to 12people, extra bedding is available on charge.
What will extra mattress cost?
Additional Mattress will be charged for. Rs.300/- + transport
Is pool there and what is the size?
Yes! 35 feet x 15 feet x 4ft, pool with filterationmotor. No glass item to be used in the pool.
Do you provide music system? If yes, Which music system is provided?
We have professional grade sound system that you can hirefor only 1500 INR, we also offer complete DJ setup
How long can we play music inside and outside?
Music can be played in accordance to local laws, farm has anamazing advantage of being isolated and neighboring farms not being occupied.
Is TV available, if yes what is the size?
Yes available in 2 rooms only.
What are the indoor and outdoor games available ?
Not available
How many people party do you allow?
Max 80 pax
Can we have a DJ? If yes! Till what time can he play?
Music is allowed in accordance to local laws, farm islocated in an amazingly isolated location.
If we get a professional DJ with equipment would a generator be required?
If the equipment is of higher wattage then generator will beprovided at chargeable basis.
How many chairs are provided for outdoor sitting?
15 chairs are provided, extra are available on charge.
Do we get caretaker help. If yes how many and till what time?
1 housekeeping staff will be available till 3am for yourassistance.
If additional caretaker is required what will be the cost?
Is there a Kitchen with GAS and Oven? Can we use it to cook food?
Fridge, Microwave, Gas stove RO Water filter is available.Staff can heat up food for you, but kitchen can't be used for cooking.
Do online food delivery companies deliver food?
Some do, some don't, please check on the day, we have foodservice at the farm.
Do you have a provision to hire a cook. If yes! At what cost?

Yes! For minimum of 10 guests, prices as per choice of food
What about liquor?
Alcohol purchased from Delhi is allowed within permissiblelimits, all local laws imply..
Do you provide decoration service? If no can we hire one?
Yes we provide all kinds of decorations.
Is the place safe for girls to stay overnight?
YES, we assure you a safe stay, emergency numbers areprovided and staff lives in the employed quarter in the same premise.
Is there a deposit to be paid before we check-in?
Yes of Rs.5000 for parties up to 20 people, above 20 people it's 10 k., It's 100 percent refundable at the time of checkout.
