* The property is air conditioned (for summer months) and heated (for winters) through split air conditioners / halogen & oil heaters
* 4-G wifi internet connectivity is provided (upto 2 GB per day)
* All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply
* The property has 100% power back up
* Fresh clean Linen is provided at every check in. Linen / Towel change is provided every 4th day (if booking is longer than a week)
* Housekeeping is provided daily between 10 AM - 12 PM
* Our caretakers are not available to serve food / help with drinks. If service is required an additional charge of Rs. 2,000 (for 6 hours of service) is payable for arranging service staff. Prior intimation is required for arranging service staff.
Food & Dining:
Several other restaurants in the vicinity and delivery services like Zomato / Swiggy also deliver to our place. To name a few delivery restaurants - Tossin Pizza, Pizza Hut, Indian Grill Room, Monster's Cafe, Biryani Blues and many more. Dining Options like Throttle Shrottle Bikers cafe, Knightrider Junction, Terminal 1, etc are located within 1 Km distance. Commercial Towers like Paras Trade center are located across the main road, having several cafe's and restaurants.
Swimming Pool Rules:
* Jumping in the pool at any end is strictly prohibited
* Only plastic glassware allowed in pool area, no beer bottles / glassware allowed
* Non swimmers and kids are not allowed to enter our pool area
* Our guests are solely and explicitly liable for using the pool at their own risk
* Any mishap / accident in the pool shall have no responsibility, explicit or implied on the host, its associates, the owners of the property or any / or of the workers at the property
* Non compliance of swimming pool rules will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate cancellation of booking with no refund. Any guest found jumping in the pool / carrying beer bottles / glasses to the pool area will be fined Rs. 25,000 for non compliance (This is for the safety of guests).
